Morning Madness is an intense 12 week program that meets twice a week for one hour keeping consistency, accountability, special individualized small group instruction.

Want to get your workout out of the way for the day?  Want to start your day off in a good mood?  Want to start the day with some fun energetic exercise?  Want to get your workout in before work?

This class concentrates on cardiovascular training, muscle strength and endurance training, flexibility training, coordination, and balance.  Anything goes in using these techniques and equipment during the class: Bootcamp, TRX, Kickboxing, Weights, and Kettlebells.
