Morning Madness is a 12 week program that meets twice a week at 5:15am.  It is designed to assist with accountability, consistency, and motivation by offering 1 to 1 individualized health & fitness coaching.

Want to get your workout out of the way for the day?  Want to start your day off in a good mood?  Want to start the day with some fun energetic exercise?  Want to get your workout in before work? Morning Madness is the program for you!

This class concentrates on cardiovascular training, muscle strength and endurance training, flexibility training, coordination, and balance.  Anything goes in using these techniques and equipment during the class: Bootcamp, TRX, Kickboxing, Weights, and Kettlebells.
