Young Women: Ages 13-18

This is a strength and conditioning program for BOTH the athlete and non-athlete alike.

Program will focus on characteristics of:

sport specific training, aerobic endurance, muscle strength, flexibility training, speed & agility, proper form with all exercises, promote positive body image, proper form for lifting weights, speed (one and multidirectional), explosive power, TRX, team building skills, coordination, balance and HAVING FUN!!

  • Whether you’re a high school student, preparing for college, or a recreational athlete we will take you to the next level.
  • Not only be READY, but be at you OPTIMAL fitness level to crush your opponents in the fall sport you participate in.
  • Participants will engage in dynamic warm up routines, plyometric and agility drills, muscle strength and endurance exercises, and stretching with instruction and supervision at all times.
  • Learn proper form and techniques for age specific weight training to increase effectiveness and decrease chance of injury.
  • Stay in shape for the spring and summer.
  • Learn why stretching is important and the proper way to do it.
