Zumba is a high energy calorie burning dance fitness class.  Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system.  The basic rhythms include reggaeton, merengue, salsa, and cumbia.  With different fitness levels you can burn anywhere from 400-1200 calories in 1 hour! Zumba is in one word, a party.  You dance, have fun, and most of all sweat while building endurance and strength. You don’t need skill, rhythm, or coordination, just show up, have fun, listen to the music and the rest will come to you!  Appropriate for ages 13 and older.
