EVALUATION
Ideally this is performed when you begin, but can be performed at any time.
It is performed again every 2-3 months depending on the client to track progress.
An evaluation consists of:
- Health & Fitness Questionnaire
- Blood Pressure/Oxygen Saturation Measurements
- Body Circumference Measurements
- Body Fat Percentage/ BMI Measurements
- Resting Metabolic Rate/Metabolic Age
- Lean Muscle Mass/Visceral Fat Measurements
- Posture Analysis
- Cardiovascular Fitness Testing
- Muscle Strength and Endurance Testing
- Flexibility Testing
- Setting Attainable Short Term and Long Term Goals
- Design an Exercise Prescription for YOU!
