ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

One hour personal sessions with trainer and client only.  Depending on data collected during fitness evaluation this hour can consist of cardio, strength, coordination, balance and flexibility training.  Your personal trainer will sit down prior to your visit and design a weekly program for you that targets your specific health and fitness needs.  They have an expertise in all different levels of fitness due to their background in physical therapy, exercise physiology and extensive training.  If you prefer to have a friend in your personal training sessions you can schedule a friend to come in and workout with you in a small group setting! Please let us know when booking your session. These sessions are by appointment only.
