Everyone is different and unique. At Signature Fitness we understand that and have developed classes and programs for those who want or need special attention and unique programs within their fitness plan.
Below are some of our most popular special fitness programs that you may want to consider.
ADAPTIVE MOVEMENT FOR THE SPECIAL ATHLETE
Join us for a 6-week fun and INCLUSIVE 60-minute fitness program for the neurodiverse community that focuses on engaging movement and music! The program is designed for athletes ages 10 and above and will consist of 30-45 minutes of movement followed by a health-related activity/education topic and time to socialize with fellow athletes.
MATURE MOVERS
This 10-week program is appropriate for the active senior. Incorporates components of a healthy exercise prescription, including cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and conditioning, flexibility, balance, and coordination training.
